An accomplished administrator with a wealth of experience in the mental health field, Stephan O'Hair holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Oregon State University, where he served as class president of the Sigma Pi fraternity and chair of the Altruistic Campus Experience. He entered the healthcare and public wellness sector in 2011 as a skills trainer supervisor with Trillium Family Services in Corvallis, a position that involved use of CPS, CBT, DBT, MI, and other evidence-based practices in various intervention and group therapy settings. After his tenure with Trillium, Stephan O'Hair served as a mental health specialist at the Oregon State Psychiatric Hospital in Junction City overseeing behavioral psychology services.

He has served as program operations director with the Hourglass Community Crisis Center since July 2017. Based in Eugene, this ColumbiaCare Services program provides short-term care to individuals in need of mental health crisis assessment and stabilization. Mr. O'Hair’s duties with Hourglass have included managing daily operations and spearheading strategic planning, training and management of program staff, implementing a trauma-informed and person-centered culture, and reporting and auditing clinical notes and program censuses.
